It’s a GIRL Technology

Last friday, I was with my classmates in the computer lab and we had  a fun time trying out a cool website called Peter Answers . You ask this particular website of intimate questions and he answers you back. I mean literally he knows every question about your personal life, pet peeves and such. I mean how in the world can a website know about my personal question? I was laughing my ass out when I found out how my classmates fooled me with his prank. Hahhaha…

Anyway here’s how it works:

In the box where you type "Peter please answer the following question" you type a "." just a period. It will show up in the box as a "P". then you must type in your answer, if you want to trick someone. say you are going to "ask" "who is sitting next to me?". and it’s a kid named joe. you then type in "joe" and it will show up as the "ete" of peter. (the longer the answer the more letters of "peter please answer.." it will type out.) when you are done typing out your answer keep pushing the period button to finish out the "peter please answer.." statement. then in the question box type your "who is sitting next to me" question. and then you will trick your friends!

 I tried it out with my family. I fooled my little sister and told her that Peter is our long lost brother who died when he was young. And my mom was practically screaming at me for making my little sister cry.

Everyone’s talking about their favorite myspace or friendster or better yet, the facebook social network. Since facebook’s launch of 3rd party developers, thousands and thousands of applications had been uploaded to the Facebook app. One of the most interesting app I found in facebook is the "we’re related" app. It’s similar to add-a-friend, but the only difference is that its add-a-relative. Cool huh?

According to Jason McGowan, the product manager of We’re Related, this app can do the following:

-Find your relatives on Facebook

- Keep up with your family

- Build your family tree

- Share news and photos with your family

It’s a social network for families. The problem with it is that they still have so many bugs and issues. Some users claim that it isn’t working. Well, I think we should give them the benefit of the doubt since it’s a new app, so I guess they still haven’t fixed some bugs and other issues. The admin also defended that they are doubling their efforts as they double their developers.
